Gift Card Access Granted:

Meeting the Criteria for Eligibility

  1. The referral must result in a signed contract with 100% of both balances collected.

  2. Only one gift card can be issued per contract.

  3. Multiple contracts can be eligible for the referral program.

  4. You must call our office or submit request online to claim your gift card after both balances have been collected.

  5. The debit/gift card will be mailed out to the address on record.

Claiming Your Gift Card

  1. Call or Text Us at (475) 977-1777 or submit online form below to notify us of your referral and to claim your gift card.

  2. Provide the contract details and relevant information for verification.

  3. Your debit/gift card will be mailed to the address on record within 5-10 business days of balances collected.

Referral Agreement

  1. The referred customer must agree to acknowledge you as the gift certificate recipient.

  2. The referred customer will be contacted for confirmation before the gift card is issued.
